2009 Dodge Ram Rear suspension support

Asked by Grogger27 Aug 10, 2010 at 02:57 PM about the 2009 Dodge RAM 1500 SLT Crew Cab 4WD

Question type: Car Customization

I have been looking at adding some support to my rear suspension on my 2009 1500 Ram pickup. I have been looking online and seen lots of support for the Air Lift 1000. Does any one have any opinions on the Air Lift line of equipment or on the Air Lift 1000 in particular?
Thanks,
Greg

i used to have a set of air bags (basically just some thing i put together with parts i had around) and even though i could never get them to fill evenly and they would leak they were hands down the best things id ever tried, it really allowed me to use my 96 1500s real potential, and with the new 1500s coil over rear end id say theyd be perfect for towing and would allow you to get the trucks full potential theyre capable of way more than 10,000 lbs
