2009 dodge ram 1500 hazard lights

2009 dodge ram 1500 5.7 4x4 Laramie truck...left and right turn signals work but hazards don't work. The hazard button on the center dash by the radio lights up when pushed but bulbs don't flash and no clicking noise. I can't find the relay. When I run just the blinkers they work and I hear the relay clicking.

I just tried replacing the multi function switch y the steering wheel. Didnt fix anything and now dealership wont let me return the 130 dollar part. I hate dealerships. Any other ideas?
