My Toyota yaris 2009 the ac blows cold then the
blower after 10 starts blowing weaker and weaker
from the factory it had no cabin air filter I've
cleaned the blower but the evap coil is a little
harder to get to how would  you clean the evap coil

First try cleaning A.C condenser coil maybe clogged with dirt and bugs causing little to almost no air flow across the coils clean with garden hose and nozzle if radiator sets in front of condenser clean it also so that you can get good air flow to condenser
