How do I increase my acceleration and get better throttle response

Asked by heltzela Jun 18, 2012 at 01:49 AM about the 2009 Honda Civic EX

Question type: Car Customization

I have an 09 civic ex auto. I usually drive manual trannys but I was in a motorcycle accident and broke my back. Now I can't clutch because I'm paralyzed. I need my speed though and this auto tranny is killing me. It accelerates like an 90 year old man climbing the steps of the Empire State Building. I need some tips on getting more out of my car. I added a Weapon R short RAM intake but I want to maybe change out some pulleys or something. Help please.
