Look on the oil fill cap or in the owner's manual. Pretty sure it is 5w30, but the new ones take 5w20.

Same stuff I run in my Mercury, Dodge Ram and Lincoln MKZ. Motorcraft Semi Synthetic is a highly regarded oil and their filters are top notch too.
