Unfortunately what you are describing is a common issue on these model vehicles. Take the van back to the dealer, their work should be warrantied. I found online that the fix for someone who had the same issue, it turned out to be a loose wire behind the radio that was causing these issues. Maybe you can let the service advisor know to look there when you drop it off again.

I've been researching this issue and some advice given to me on these models were that if the battery is low it'll cause the electrical to go haywire, relay issues, or TIPM which is quite expensive to fix. I disabled the horn in the car cause it just goes off randomly. I took out the fuses so yeah I think the next step is getting this vehicle back to the dealership. Thank you
