When was the last time your cooling system was serviced? Has it been flushed? Check your coolant level at the overflow tank, make sure it is topped off to the full level. A malfunctioning thermostat or plugged heater core could be the problem as well.

If the fan is still working just no heat, I would say your heater core. Pull your heater hoses off the heater core, and use a air compressor, to blow it out. Once the clog is cleared, you need to check for leaks. Also, once you clear any stoppage in the core, you need to use an appropriate cleaning agent and clean it out, then hook everything up, and job done.
