my wipers and turn signals both stop working on my 2009 chrysler sebring

The manual does not have a number or anything telling you what fuse is for the wipers or turn signals.

A test light is a very inexpensive tool and works great for testing fuses if you don't know the location.

Thank you,I will look into getting a test light.The dealership want's to charge me over a $100 just to check it out.
