09 PT Cruiser just stopped running while we were going down the road

I have an 09 PT Cruiser I was driving down the highway at
65 and it just shut off engine wise all the electrical was still
working just the engine quit running it kind of felt like it was
out of gas after it stopped it would try and turn over but
wouldn't start anyone have any ideas

Probabaly a Malfunctioning ignition switch. When the ignition switch gets worn down you can lose power to the engine because of vibration. That can cause the engine of the car to die while driving
