I have a 2009 Pt cruiser it wont start no power nothing but battery is at 100% could it be the ignition switch actuator.please help

Car will not crank has no power anything no dinging nothing no sounds can not
even use my key to lock or unlock doors and i have power locks
but battery is at 100 %
