I WOULD THINK SO...BUT THE HEAD GASKET COULD BE A DIFFERENT CRUSH THICKNESS.SO ALL THE BASIC GASKETS SHOULD WORK.

2001 was a one year only engine 2002 was also a one year wonder also Then they went 2003 to 2009. Nothing from that 2009 kit will work on the 2001 engine.
