On 2005 ford escape,I have replaced
PCM along with ignition. I got two new
ford chip keys. After getting the keys
cut,how do I program them to the PCM
without going to the dealership?

Maybe a place that installs remote start can help you or a lock smith. But you will probably end up having to take the car to the dealer to have the keys programmed
