2009 grand marquis shifts quick

My car up shifts at slow speeds or low rpm's. I have to push the throttle more
than I should to keep speeds on hilly roads. It is a firm shift not sluggish.

Fluid is full and smells fine. It will shift into second gear before I even leave a 75 foot driveway and into 3rd before 20 mph. I also own a 2003 grand marquis that shifts normal. Do you know if they are the same transmission?
