Reply not reaching potential buyer inquiry

Hi,

I am an individual seller and when a buyer sends an email for contact number, I
reply them with my contact number. But they are not receiving my reply with
contact number.

Anyone knows how to reply them so that they receive my email reply back with
contact details.

I am saying this because since two days there were 8 email received asking for contact details. And I replied to all of them and no one responded. And I asked my friend to send me an email requesting for contact details. And when I replied to him he never received my reply.
