Where do you insert power steering fluid?

It should be added to the Power Steering reservoir. Look around the serpentine belt area in the engine compartment, the Power steering pump is run by the belt, which has a cap on it. This is where you add the fluid. Consult your owners manual on the type of PS fluid to add.
