Transmission issue

I was driving home. And noticed my rpm was over
3 and the transmission wasn't shifting.   My
mechanic read the codes it read as the wave plate
covered under a GM extended warranty. However,It
had to go to a GM dealership.   Now the dealership
claims it's the TCM not the wave plate.   And they
refuse to replace it under the extended.   I'm very
disappointed.  I love my car.  And if GM or Saturn
knows of issues they should replace the parts.

Looks like you have a fight on your hands. Give 'em hell and remember, no surrender no retreat. It wasn't over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor and it sure shouldn't be over until GM honors their extended warranty.
