Does all cars have both accumulator and receiver drier? or do they just have one or the other?

They are both the same thing and those words are used interchangeably enough to confuse just about everybody. It's like hot dog and wiener. The accumulator is a black steel unit about 4" in diameter and maybe 10" long where liquid refrigerant collects just before passing through the orfice into the evaporator on your A/C system.
