2009 Cadillac cts 3.6L RWD

When I put the car in reverse three lights come on in the back seat near the
dome lights,(1 red and 2 yellow) they stay on for about 2 seconds and then turn
off. What are these lights? Are these lights indicating a problem with the car?

Definitely not custom lighting, this car is 100% factory. I'm the second owner the first owner was some old people who probably only drove it church. I'll try to get a picture or video. Not sure if I can put videos on this site.
