changed a wheel barren and now my traction controland abs lights are on what could be the problem

If a wire was on on the wheel bearing that's you wheel speed (which works ABS and Traction Control) either you didn't hook it up or its a defective wheel speed sensor if your wheel bearing had a wire on it and you have a bad wheel speed sensor you HAVE TO replace wheel to fix it.

Yea, the previous post is correct, "if I remember correctly." Sometimes they fall off or get knocked loose. There should be a sensor that just slides on a piece of metal that connected to a wire if I remember correctly. I would take the wheel off and inspect to see if you see a sensor in the area that has been misaligned or knocked loose.
