My car will crank but won't start; changed the fuel pump relay and fuse.

Was the relay bad? It could be the fuel pump itself.

The relay and fuse was changed, still will not start. The code is P0230.

Code is for: Fuel pump primary circuit malfunction. So it's either a bad relay(which you've replaced), bad wiring between fuse box, PCM and fuel pump or the fuel pump itself.
