What problem the clock in radio reset itself once in awhile,and randomly show the service traction?

to understand, the radio intermittently resets and randomly shows "service traction", correct? if so, is only the time reset, or channel presets?

Hello Glantern, Sounds like there is something malfunctioning but I am unable to diagnose. I would recommend you taking your vehicle in to your GM dealership to for a proper diagnosis. Vanessa GM Customer Service
