How do you replace the headlights on a Malibu 2009 LT?

Refer to the owners manual, should under Lights, How to change. Some have covers that you may need to lift up, others have the headlamp unit coming right out. Don't know your model, sorry.

If I wasn't sandbagged, my local garage said the front 'face' has to come off. You can'get at the bulbs the regular way. (under the hood in the right or left corner in front. The chucklehead engineers strike again. Anybody have a 4 cyl that knows how to change the transmission fluid and filter, or check the fluid level? Don't bother, that was a joke(on us unfortunately) There is no dipstick to check with and the transmission was 'sealed at the factory'. When it fails, I hope Mary Barra(spelling) has deep pockets, in the meantime, she shouid probably try to find some smarter engineers.
