Front Bumper Cover

I bought a front bumper cover with fog light holes by accident and it would cost me more
for shipping than the bumper to return. My question is.....Can I cover up the fog light holes
with the grille inserts WITHOUT the fog light holes. Will it snap correctly into place

The proper covers to cover those holes sounds like a readily available auto wrecker item to me.
