Asked by LST1959 Jan 08, 2017 at 05:42 PM about the 2007 Honda Accord EX-L

Question type: General

It has been very cold (high of 10 degrees) the last
few days, and whenever I go to start my car the
brake peddle won't move until the car actually
starts. Breaks work fine when when car is running.
