Since I can't get under my car and I think I need new shocks and  before I go to the
Lincoln dealer, what kind of shocks is under my car - struts in front and air in rear>

All you need at the dealer is that VIN, they will fix you up

Independent front suspension with shocks (not struts) and a stabilizer bar and air bladders in rear this is front, click to size up
