2008 suzuki grand vitara idles at 3500 rpm's

I recently bought a 2008 suzuki grand vitara and it idles at 3500 rpm's. Every car I have
owned idles around 1000 rpm. I don't know much about suzuki's and was wondering if this
high idle is normal or if it's something to worry about? If it isn't normal what are some
causes and how would I go about fixing the issue?

2008 Grand Vitara here as well the RPM Lever stays at 6 but hit Has Pedal goes to Red. Some say do t worry it's Broke & Minor but I want it fix.. Sounds like ur issue too.. ease share ur Ideas... Help.. Road trip in 2 days...THANKS
