what kind and price battery does a gmc acadia use

Your Acadia takes a Group 48 battery. If you look closely at the battery that's in there, you will probably see the number 48. It's a pretty common battery and you can get one anywhere starting $120 at WalMart. Some auto part stores will install it free.Take the old on in for trade. Make sure you get the polarity right while installing it.
