Typically, the two most common reasons for wet floors are clogged sunroof drains or a clogged A/C drain tube. If you have A/C turn it on while parked on pavement and see if you notice a puddle where that A/C should be draining. If no puddle, you have a clogged drain. Either blow it out with compressed air or run a wire up the tube. If you have a sunroof, open it up and look in the corners for small drain holes. If they are plugged with dirt, clean them out. If you have done the above and still have wet floors, you may have a bad door seal in the rear. Take it to a car wash and blast the rear doors with the high pressure sprayer. Especially around the bottom of the doors. See if you notice and visible wetness. The only other possibility I can think of is bad tail light seals. But if those are bad it will usually fill up your spare tire hole with water before ever making it to the rear floors.
