2009 toyota camry LE

Soo my car has starting issue. When i first
start it it starts just fine but as i continue to
tirnnit iff if i go inside if a store and come
back out it progressively gets worse. I just
changed the battery.

I went to pep boys (which they have terrible service) and they said they tested the alternator and the starter and they were both good. I dont wanna keep putting out money on stuff that isnt the issue. But i cant find a trustworthy shop to find the problem
