Need to clean up the ground wires for the headlights & Neg. ground wire from battery to the other end where it is connected. If they still flicker, then have the alternator and regulator checked.

I had the same problem, my headlights started flickering when braking or just letting the accelerator go, then I from time to time I had to jump the sedona, I had the battery tested and it tested positive, so why was I having to jump the vehicle, I was advised that maybe the battery had a bad cell, I purchased a battery and problem solved no more flickering

Bad battery, yes, can cause the alternating current from the alternator to pulse so to speak. A bad battery is extremely hard on the charging system & can cause damage to it. The majority of the time tho, this is caused by a bad wiring or bad ground connections.
