Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I Have a 1968 camaro with orginal air I replaced the compressor ,
condenser, poa valve and dryer with classic air, my problem is this
everything works fine un till I put A/C on and put the blower on high, when I
do this it blows the fuse under the dash but not the inline fuse. I have tried
(3) A/C fan relays now and I have no idea where to turn to now. Please does
anyone know what the problem could be?

You'll need to start tracing wires. The inline fuse should be a 30 AMP and connected directly to the B terminal on the horn relay. I believe the under dash fuse is a 15 AMP. The inline fuse is supposed to be for the high speed blower switch position only. The other three speeds are supposed to be protected by the fuse under the dash. Sounds like there's a wire transposed or hooked up wrong. I assume this is a manual system, not Automatic Temperature Control, correct? Hope that helps! Jim
