PCV hose and electrical connector

I have an 08 Subaru Impreza 2.5i non
turbo. Been trying to put a Cobb CAI
system in it for a while now. But I've been
running into the problem of my vacuum
hoses and pcv hose and electrical
connector. If I'm putting a CAI in my car I'd
end up taking out the stock air box but the
air box is what connects the vacuum hoses
and pcv hose up to the car. If anybody
could guide me or tell me what I need to
do that would be very much appreciated.
