Multiple electrical type issues

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I just picked up a 2008 Mountaineer Premier, and it seems to have multiple issues.

I don't have key fobs, so don't can't test those.

Power lock/unlock buttons on drivers or passenger door don't work
If I enable auto-lock - front doors lock, back doors unlock
Enable auto unlock - all doors unlock
Rear wiper wiper doesn't work, nor does rear window open
Neither running boards retract - confirmed set to auto.
Reporting tire sensor failure

Checked all fuses listed in manual at drivers feet and underdash.

Also need to find door keyless entry code - couldn't find a sticker on fuse panel?

Am I looking at multiple electrical issues or a control module?  The system diagnostics pass.

Trying to get an idea if I can get parts and repair, or it I should refer to mechanic or if a dealer would be
recommended.

Thanks!

Steve

OK, trying to DIY first if possible. Rear hatch issues were resolved replacing the rear wipe assembly. Not going to worry about the running boards or tire sensors yet. So, sticking with lock issue - could something be disconnected if they removed a keyless entry system? As I mentioned, doors all lock and unlock from the system settings. I bought a new keyfob, and was told I could program it by turning the key on and off 8X's, but nothing happens. (Was told the locks would cycle indicating programming mode.) Thoughts? Thanks! Steve
