Wheel locking

Asked by GuruW3CZ6 Jun 01, 2018 at 11:00 AM about the 2008 Mercury Mountaineer AWD

2008 murcery mountainer... My front left tire keeps
locking up, the breaks have to be pumped to stop.
Abs light stays on after wheel getting stuck the TV
light flashes a few times then stays on...  I have
replaced the brakes,  caliper, roater and break
hose. What else could b the problem
