Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Heat gets cold after driving awhile...what causes that.

1 Answer

Your heater valve has failed. Very common problem on e70 chassis X5. A simple part, DIY type of repair if you own a box of tools. Look around online for a diy/guide. Mostly its obvious though with the exception of the procedure for bleeding the coolant pump after drain and refrefilluill coolant.
