my car wont start and this code C1020 mean I need to replace the "Left Rear
Wheel Speed Sensor" for 2008 dodge caravan...what would i need to do to get
my car starting? would i need to add air could that help?

A bad wheel speed sensor has nothing to do with the engine starting or not.

Unrelated problems, speed sensor only affects ABS brakes. Something else is wrong if the car won't start

the engine light is on and i got a reading of c1020? could it be the engine is not reading the sensor correctly?
