Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Ok, so just turned 105000 miles and figured it
would be a good idea to replace the plugs wires
and coil in my 08 dodge caravan before I had a
breakdown,  and hey the manual said to at 100k so
close enough right?  PROBLEM is soon as all the
new parts were in the car it idles and ru s awful
and is now throwing  a p0300 and a p2302 codes.
0300 is random misfire and 2302 is a coil code, so
I figured I got bad parts, swapped the old parts
back in , regapped the plugs, and still running like
crap......... aaaarrggghhhh  none of these codes
existed before can anyone help?

UPDATE, I even put back each set of components separately to see if it was only one items issue, but now with all original parts it still runs like crap.

You may have damaged a coil while removing and replacing, tho most times the codes will tell you which one it is. Check your codes, all of them and see if one tells you what coil it is.. also check your connectors and make sure a wire did not get damaged and look inside the connector to see if there is any damage inside. also check around to make sure you did not knock off something, also I do not think the crank sensor is much I would replace that also with the miles you have, slight possibility that could be your problem also.. This paticular model has just the on coil for all six cylinders, checked it for damage and found none. All wires checked out good, hoses too. Dark now but I'll check again in morning. Would crank sensor act up coincidentally after a tune up? Original plugs are pretty bad but working atm, they are champion platinum new plugs are autolite double platinum.

Check your wire,s think you may have crossed one or more,if van ran good before the replacement, this will be your problem, check firing order.
