I have a 08 silverado crew cab 5.3 v-8 ..put 93
octane gas in it and engine light came on,can any
one tell me what this might be??

go to autozone and they will do a free scan. also do not realize that if the tanker truck just filled the tanks it mixed all the water into the gas and that will set of your 02 sensors which will cause your light to go on. so never fill up if you see the tanker truck at the gas station.
