Try some injector cleaner and a new fuel filter...

That's correct how many miles on the truck? if it is over 100,000 miles the filter is in the tank and should be replaced...

Also try cleaning the throttle body and clean the o2 sensors...

Cleaned maf, and the throttle body, sprayed starting fluid around the intake for air leaks and nothing, I'm having a little trouble with the key sometimes was wondering if it would cause it to miss maybe it's not getting the magnetic signal??? I hate this if it would throw a code it would be easy

How many miles on the truck, you may have alitte clog in the fuel filter located in the tank, they need to be changed at 100,000 do you clean the O2 sensors?

My buddy had this problem he got gas that had too much water in it from a gas station and he took it to Chevy and they had to flush the whole fuel system
