Can anyone tell me why my taillights don't all light up when my lights are on they only work when my lights are off

Are you talking about your brake lights, or your tail lights? Are both left and right sides acting the same way?

    The tail light and dash lights aren't working. Bulbs, fuses and relays are all good. So is headlight switch.

    dash lights have come on and turn signal lifhts in cab not flashung but do work out side . have checked all the fuses . the Iod fues was blown so i replaced it all others are testing good . un sure ...
