how do u remove the front headrest

i am trying to remove the front headrest to install my new seat covers how do i do this

I believe you will have to leave the headrest in and put your seat covers around them. I'm not sure for safety reasons that the headrests can be completely removed. If they can, you would most likely have to hold the "release" button that allows you to push them down from a selected height, while you pulled up on the headrest to remove it completely.

Press release button on left side use a small nail on right side in the small hole they will slide right out then just push them back in all done.
