Truck died sitting in a drive through lane, no warning, cranks but will not start. Had no problems before. 4.6 liter Ford F-150 4x4

Sitting in drive through the truck died, cranks but won't start even after sitting
for 2 hours.Had no warning at all. Ideas?

More than likely the ignition sensor in the distributor has died.(Some DO NOT have traditional ignition points. Replace the ignition sensor and the engine will start an run as before. The same thing happened to a friend of mine and it worked. Roy Fredrichsen Houston, Texas
