Had a failure at 45,000 miles and 127,000
miles. Is everyone having the same short
life on this part?

yes and no..try and change them all out and the transmission mount too..also look into getting/ swaping them out with polyurethane ones... heres a place to start looking > http://www.ebay.com/bhp/saturn-motor-mount
