2008 civic AC compressor doesnt work unless i jimp the switch. any suggestions?

so i have a 2008 honda civic lx and the ac doesnt i noticed the compressor isnt engaging.
But if i jump the relay it will work, anyone have this problem ?

I haven't tried it yet but I did see that quite often for solving the problem. So i have to jump it in order to installntje freon right?

Can u tell me how I would inject the fluid. Do you do that with the kits u get from autozone
