Car won't accelerate at full throttle

So the other day I noticed that when I accelerate at
full throttle, my car does not pick up much speed if
any at all, but if I push the accelerator down about
70-80% it feels like it has full throttle, what could be
the cause of this?

Check the throttle cable for binding, you may also want to give the throttle body a good cleaning..
