2008 hemi 5.7 stalls at idle after fillup

After fill up leave station and stop at a light stalls, restart and continue on then when stop again, restart and go on for several stops it is ok then it does it again. After a while it is ok.

It may be that you are topping your gas tank off. Need to stop at the first click of the nozzle, otherwise the excess fuel is going into the EVAP canister and temperately plugs it. Eventually you would have to replace the EVAP Canister and purge valve.

Thank you, just started and I have owned the truck since it was knew and have 105,000 miles on it. Been putting gas in the same way. know better than topping off but apparently putting in a little too much. Is it possible or unusual that it took that long to damage the canister ?

What happens is it just gets saturated. Just drive it so the gas level gets down, I wouldn't be replacing anything until you need it. If a emissions code pops up chances are then that would be replaced.
