2008 mercedes e350 wont start - new battery new cts

2008 mercedes benz E350 luxury -  I was driving and it just died

Had batterty replaced had CPS replaced.  New had any problems before
Some times the clock go in reverse, i also get "REMOVE kEY' after keys is out
