drive belt/s cold,dry,loose,dirty if belt/s look OK try some spray silicone.start engine and apply to belt. if noise goes away that should be it. if the noise continues it could be idler pulley, water pump, a/c compressor,alternator anything the belt might turn.

What are ball park cost of the items should the silicone not solve problem?

It could also be an idler pulley squeal/chirp/squeak. Not a big deal, pulley about 50.00, 20 minutes to change.
