I have changed both bulbs front and back and the
left turn signal still does not work

Check the flasher relay,some honda,s have two,one for right and one for left,if they are good you may have a issue with the blinker assembly in the column.

I have replaced the bulbs but my right front turn singletons worked at times and now not at all, is there a fuse for this turn single
