the timing chain slipped and did not grab the water pump sprocket what do i do?

now the exhaust valves or pistons are not set right cause when we try and
realign the primary chain and attach the exhaust sprocket it jumps and passes
where the timing mark should be. please any advice

You need the cam tool that holds it in place while you installing the chain and tensioner assemblies.
